"I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to get a broken clasp fixed on a chain and to see about replacing the face, battery and band on a vintage Gucci watch. Lisa took my items in and was extremely helpful. Both items were ready by 5 pm the same day! Not only did they replace the face and battery in the watch, but they also mimicked the design of the original band by adding notches in the new watch band to accommodate the style of the face. They were even able to use the original clasp hardware on the new band. I’m so impressed and will definitely be back for future jewelry needs!"

"I went to this place after I was told by a couple jewelers that they couldn't size my ring cuz of the way the diamonds are set on the band. Much less having to go down 3 sizes. But I took it here and they were wonderful. They did a fantastic job. I'm not sure what pricing should be for resizing but I didn't think what they did charge me was unreasonable at all. They were exceptionally nice and professional. I highly recommend"
