"We come here few times and they always close saying the are lunch break or bathroom they only have teens running the store. They don’t say what time they will be back or anything we drove 45 minutes to get here this is the 3rd time. Worst costume’s service ever. I wish I could give them 0"

"I brought my niece here to get her ears pierced last week, she was really nervous at first but the piercer Bailey was so patient with her and explained in full detail the entire process. She did a great job of making her feel comfortable. She even helped her pick out a pair of earrings to be pierced with since my niece has sensitive skin, and a few pairs she can use when she can switch her earrings out for 20% off. Definitely recommend this place, superb staff."
"Stopped in this store wandering what was in it to quickly find out it had a bunch of cool earrings and other items. Purses hand bags and specialty 4th of July stuff was out, which was really cool. Got greeted from the cashier and stuff to see if we needed help or had any questions, picked up some earrings for a special someone, so all in all glad we stopped in."
"A bit late on this review...A couple of years ago we had our first daughter's ears pierced here. Since she was an infant at the time I wanted to make sure we had someone experienced. I had contacted many tattoo/piercing shops, pediatricians, etc. before we talked with the manager at this location. She had years of experience with infant ear-piercing. Everything was wonderful. Now that my youngest daughter is old enough, we are planning on going back and getting her ears pierced here as well. The staff was friendly and patient. The whole experience was so easy."
