"Came here for the first time on August 15th. I was very surprised and impressed with all of their selections. There are so many unique styles, much more than I expected. Add to that the super awesome help from Jacqueline! She was very friendly, informative and helpful. I will definitely come back for more."
"I had an overall good experience selling them some gold and silver. They were very nice and gave me a fair price. I had spent hours going through the items, making sure to separate necklaces, bracelets, and earrings, placing them into multiple different boxes and bags so they wouldn't get tangled. When I got home, I noticed they had thrown everything they didn't want into one bag, so several of the necklaces and earrings got tangled into a mess with the bracelets that would take me hours to undo. I felt somewhat disrespected because they knew these items were my mom's who passed away in a car accident in June. They gave me back all the boxes and bags that I took to them, but they didn't take the time to make sure the items were taken care of upon returning them back to me. I would just advise them that items are cherished by people even though they aren't something you deem as valuable."
