"The environment was so welcoming! From the moment my mother and I arrived, we were greeted from the young man working reception and then helped within the first 2 minutes. I had to get a necklace shortened and they were able to fix it in the 15 minutes we were there (given that it was a quick fix issue). "I had such a great experience at Ranch Road jewelry. I went into have someone look at my mom and dad‘s watches to value them. I was immediately greeted and called back to sit down with the owner. He was so great talking me through the values. He then took a look at my diamond ring settings to make sure they were secure and told me it was really important to get one of the settings Re-paired immediately. I had already seen the issue, so I was happy he pointed it out. The next amazing thing is that the jewelers were able to work it in on same day, and I was able to pick up my ring that very afternoon, all clean and sparkly and repaired.
