Reviews
"I have purchased more than 4 watches from this location and visited on more than 20 occasions during my purchase process. They are always more than helpful and patient with the sales. Felix has been one of the best and most informed sales associates. I will be coming back and would highly recommend Felix to any of my friends and family."
"I worked with Mark to get an Omega. He was very helpful and friendly. This store was very accommodating and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a Swiss timepiece."
"Not enough good things to say. Had come in to have my watch serviced and I am impressed. Swift response times, and stellar customer service from EVERYONE in the boutique. I firmly believe this particular boutique sets the standards. If you want it done the right way, go here."
"I have worn Omega timepieces for 30+ years. I was interested in the new Aqua Terra 34 mm with blue dial and wanted to try it on for size. I was "helped" by Gabrielle (?) a blonde saleswoman. She showed me the watch I wished to see. She did not know ONE bit of information about this timepiece. She searched the price tag on the timepiece in vain. I told her to look at the movement through the display back to ID the movement of this particular watch. She ignored my questions as she was trying to gain the attention of other customers in the store. She never once inquired about the type of watch I was interested in or HOW I would be using the watch. She answered NONE of my questions (I knew all the information I needed to know through my own research) She then said "OK, now do you want to buy this"????? This is very unprofessional behavior. The sales people need to at least KNOW THE PRODUCT they are trying to sell. She needs a course in manners as well as a complete course in the Omega wrist watch line of products."
