"Dang is a standup guy. I walked in and was welcomed with a warm greeting and prompt attention. I was getting a chain repaired and he said it would take 20min. I ran an errand and when I got back 30min later the repair was complete. He has a nice shop and I highly recommend checking him out if you're searching for jewelry or need repairs. He mentioned he custom makes jewelry as well. A pleasant ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience. It's like customer service from a bygone era."

"I brought in 4 pieces of broken jewelry I haven't worn for years & they fixed & polished them in 40 mins. Had a coffee at a coffee shop next door & waited. So happy to get my jewelry back so I can wear & enjoy again. Depending on the pieces & what they are made of, the prices ranged from $15 (to repair a clasp on a gold plated bracelet) to $40 (to upsize a platinum engagement ring one size). "Finally! A reliable place to install new watch batteries! I had a couple of waterproof watches that needed new batteries, so I asked them to also check the o-rings as these watches had been lying in my drawer for quite a while. The gentlemen was very thorough and gave me a detailed update on the condition of all the o-rings AND he even set the correct time and calendar date on both watches!. (I routinely have had to set those myself AFTER getting the batteries changed at other locations!) This location is in the retail center just outside the entrance to Del Webb, The Woodlands on FM 1488 & Old Conroe Rd (Del Webb Blvd). Plus they are only closed on Monday!"
