"Never having been we weren't quite sure how it worked. There were several employees walking around but only one bothered to ask if we needed help, SheQueira(sic). My apologies to her for the spelling of her name here. Had it not been for her help, my granddaughter wouldn't have her perfevt bear. Perhaps retraining your employees to help ALL guests would help."

"We took our daughter here for her 1st build a bear. It was her birthday and just turned 1. We were barely greeted, the staff wasn’t friendly at all. The group behind us got wonderful attention got this special way of putting the bear together. I came to build a bear cause I was told how special they make your child’s birthday and we got the exact opposite. I understand my child is only 1 and she won’t remember this but as her parents we will remember the terrible experience. We want to make this a tradition but not going back to this location and hope we get a better experience next year."
