"Just visited today for a return, same complaint on "Store Manager" working at store at 5:00pm, the earring broke and its obvious I did not even touch other earrings in set. Same excuse that my receipt was from 2 weeks ago, (not 30 days) and the cheap stuff broke, I didnt to use them. The Store could have at least replaced them. The "Store manager" suggested I could have broken those earrings myself in two weeks? She would not give her name for me to complain. Never going to this cheap store with cheap employees.. Absolute joke of a store. Save your money, jewelry is pricey and it breaks on contact."

I would like clarification regarding the store manager's refusal to process my return within the stated return policy timeframe after she stated that earrings can be returned after 2 weeks and my receipt was 10 days old and earrings were unboxed and unopened. I would like an explanation for the manager's claim that she was the highest authority in the store, with no option for escalation.. I would like confirmation that your employees are trained to handle customer complaints with respect and professionalism, without resorting to threats or calling security unnecessarily."
