"Purchased online and went to The Woodlands location to pick them up. I was greeted by Wonderfulness, Joy, Positive Energy, and a Friendly Smile that is Mariam. No, oh! pick up rush and go with here. None of that! She engaged me as if I was coming in to make an onsite purchase. She retrieved my online purchase and treated me as if I had just purchased in-store from her. This led to additional conversation about the gift I had purchased and she pointed me to a section of gold earrings available at great prices similar to the ones I had purchased. This is the craft of true customer engagement resulting in a sale. She embodies the art of treating all customers with grace and dignity. This led to an additional purchase when I was just picking up my online purchase. Needless to say my daughter was ecstatic about her Gold Earrings for her birthday gift... Which would have never been had not Mariam engaged my customer interest and matched me to additional items based on that!!!! Thanks Mariam- now my daughter will be dazzling in beautiful gold earrings on those special outings."
