"I have been meaning to post this for the past two months. Susy, you didn’t know this, but I walked into your store after having a terrible experience from a fellow store in Old Town Spring. I was feeling hurt and upset. You showed me around your store and talked about all the items the beautiful jewelry with such meaning. I loved hearing the passion you had for all of your items and your stability in the community. I want to tell you that you are amazing and the next time I’m back in Houston I’ll be sure to stop by again. Thank you so much, Susy!!"

"We had a very unfortunate experience at this store yesterday. I was with my kids and we stopped in to look. I’m a fairly private, introverted person but my son was with me and he’s very social. He struck up a conversation with the woman in the store and I was looking around at my own pace when the women fixated on me and wanted me to look at something. I said no thank you I wasn’t interested and she got an attitude so we left. It’s very odd that she completely ignored my son (who makes much more money than I do and would be far more likely to buy something from her than me) and fixated on me when I was clearly not interested. I don’t suspect she will be in business very long unless she learns how to read customers. Anyway, be fore warned before venturing in."

"This is one of my favorite stores to shop at in all of Old Town Spring! The owners are always a hoot and they take amazing pride in all their wares; even educating you about how each thing is sourced. We bought some of Suzy’s amazing butterflies a few years ago and they still look as amazing as they say we bought them; definitely a testament to their quality. I always bring my family and friends who have never been to Old Town Spring into this store."
