"Paola helped me with everything when looking for the best bracelet for a gift. Easy help, knew what I wanted and I was very happy! Will come back"
"Yesterday I was treated very unfamiliarly by MJ! Previous customers before me she was pleasant, but when she got to me her attitude changed fast. No greeting, (wow okay is what I thought after seeing her be super friendly with the last few customers). Showed her my receipt for pick-up. As she’s looking it up on the computer , she tells me what my “SURPRISE” gift is. Which I’ve received over 7 from family and friends and it CLEARLY tells the associate this is a SURPRISE GIFT, not once has any James Avery associate ruined one of my surprises before. I told MJ , oh I haven’t seen it yet since it was meant to be a surprise. She then finally go get my charm and ask me for my ID. I told her I’ve never had to the last 30+ times I’ve picked up my charms or bracelets in the past, if I present the receipt, of course my Id doesn’t match the SURPRISE gift since it was purchased as a gift. And the LAST TWO people that JUST picked up from you only had to show their receipts, not and ID why do I need both. I felt very discriminated against by MJ. I have always been treated nicely when picking up from this location or dropping off. But this encounter was horrible. I had two customers mention what happened as not okay on my way out the store."
"The customer service is not pleasing. Every time I have came in they have never asked “do you need help” and I understand if they are busy but then another customer will come in and they will ask them if they need anything. While I’m just standing there waiting for assistance. I do not know if this has to deal with appearance or what but it is rude. The staff is never friendly. 0/10 would not recommend."
"I went in yesterday to ATTEMPT pick up my curbside order when I got there at 7:54 the store was closed. Mind you it said in the door and website they closed at 8pm. I’m there waving them down and they are ignoring me. I tap on the glass and I tell them it’s 7:55 how are they closing before business hours. Girl totally ignores and they turn off the lights. I work for a retail store as well and we close at 8pm. We can not close before then. Very frustrating when I needed the gift for today. I called 1800 customer service and let them know what’s going on because it’s unacceptable. There is hours established for a reason."
"I’ve been shopping at James Avery for over 10 years now….Came in a couple days ago on my break and was greeted very kindly and helped right away with a couple of purchases by Lilly! & she was an absolute doll, I mean the sweetest, great customer service my experience was awesome!
