"Worth going every not and then but the dolls store isn't what it used to be, and at $1.25 (and up). The choices and selection is somewhat disappointing now and you're better off buying a lot of it, and especially snacks (because they are fresher) at Walmart. Sometimes you do find an awesome deal though."
"2 yrs ago I posted how much better our local DT was. WELLLLL I have to say you can definitely tell the other manager left. This store was tore up from the floor up. I have never seen this store this bad."
"I've been going to this dollar tree on Hirschfield Rd since the day it opened, and I've never had a bad experience till today. Lisa, the cashier, was so rude and unprofessional. You can tell she wasn't having a good day. After waiting in line for a while and being next to pay. She decided to close the lane and her direct words were "you need go over there, I'm close". Everyone standing behind me cut infront of me in the other lane and she didn't seem to care of providing great customer service. Even after me responding to her every one behind jumped on the lane first. She declined to take me still, that's not the way the handle things. Poor service."
"Went in yesterday. Store was super busy. Store had 2 lanes open, one being the manager. He left his line and said "the line stops here, and my cashier is taking a break". Said he wasn't taking no as an answer and she deserves her break. Also, let us know that it might take a little bit longer for him to get through the line, but he will get to everyone. His name is Adam, and that was great leadership skills. I went to him afterwards and let him know how great that was, and it was wonderful that he was looking out for his people. Great great job."
"The tall guy was rude, doors wasn’t even closed at 8 yet instead of letting my daughter go in and grab a Father’s Day card, he made her leave. Then the next lady who comes at 8:03, he gains some sense, and graciously tells her they are closed. He didn’t expect me to be in the car, that’s why he decided to be rude to my child. & had the audacity to say “google it” when I asked for corporates number. So while I’m on Google, I’ll tell the story owner how petty and rude you were and I have him on video if y’all need it."
