"This is the Walmart that isn’t as ghetto… Contrasting with the Walmart near 45 in Spring, *all* of the carts are not rusted and glide like the floor was butter!!! The store is clean, the products are *not* on pallets thrown everywhere like a store should operate during business hours! Staff is present and available and don’t have “i hate working here” written on their faces. One star off because obnoxiously placed displays in the middle of an aisle that cause backups and the “random-but-not-so-random” investigations that occur at the exit door."
"Went here on 2/9 around 3:30pm with my mom in self checkout. Went to self checkout by the pharmacy. The machine apparently said “no card payments” only towards the final checkout, no prior information about it nor a sign. The young customer service girl was extremely rude and had an attitude. Told my mom and I to calm down when we were asking what do we do. She should not be working in customer service if she behaves like this towards customers. Great shopping experience otherwise, but that little girl needs time be spoken to by her supervisor"
"In general this store is awesome. The greeter is the nicest man too, so kind and friendly. I love talking with him every visit. They do need to have the corporation send them more carts for the handicapped to drive around in. They have a few old carts, one of those is broken. Considering their profits annually they could most assuredly get modern carts in larger numbers for a store this big. It would be better than rushing over and telling customers in the carts currently that they need them for someone else, as I witnessed first hand last week. They wanted me out of the cart I was using urgently. That was a true low point for this Walmart, but in general the workers here have been very nice. The Manager seems to have been behind the urgent need to get me off the cart I was using at the time. I found the lady needing it next and made sure she got it, but the public spectacle they caused was completely classless and unnecessary!"
"This store is not great but not terrible inside. The worse part of it is it's lack of security. It is in very busy location with lots of mischief and other problems. I was just there and they won't even hire a security guard to drive around. There are people living everywhere in the parking lot. Yes, living there in their cars. I would mind my own business, but they act aggressive when you park anywhere near them. I was parked on the side of the front parking lot, near the embankment and trees on the grocery pick up side. And on one side there was a guy living in his car who decided to turn his radio very loudly on offensive music to intimidate anyone around his car house. On the other side, I kid you not, was a woman living in her car who stared at me the whole time, almost with her face on the window, until I left. They went in for bathroom breaks, I presume, because they came back empty handed, and were making a scene acting aggressive, as some type of warning I have no idea. It's walmart."
"Just had dealt with the worst customer experience. I had purchased a gaming monitor today, and went home and opened it not knowing that I received the wrong monitor in the box due to having an issue setting up the stand for the monitor. My wife and I went back to return/exchange or store credit for receiving the wrong product after purchase. After explaining the reason for return, nothing was done due to walmart policy according to mix match serial numbers on product which led to us not getting a refund, though it was not our fault our purchased item had the wrong monitor to begin with. Very upsetting and appalled by the way customer service handled the situation. From customer service reps to coach "night supervisor" very disrespectful, unprofessional and poorly trained. The night supervisor after knowing our issue/situation told us specifically that the item I purchased should not have been put on stock ironically him being the manager of stocking. The reps from customer service Kiran, Emi, Julie and Rick worst customer service experienced."
