I needed two watch batteries replaced in a pinch and I called six shops nearby after the first one wanted to charge me $50 EACH and try to get it done in 4-5 days! Try? Yoda said, "Do, or do not. They were able to replace my watch batteries at lightspeed. While waiting I conversed with other staff members and I cannot begin to describe how personable and likable these folks are. I'd never met them before but I can assure you they care about their customers and are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. These are trustworthy people I want to be handling my precious jewelry. Jeff spent extra time with me to explain and elaborate in detail about questions I had regarding some of their timepieces. They have an incredible selection there and I cannot wait to do more business and send more business their way. I felt like I was home.
