"Got battery replaced last year - was told warranty is one year but battery should last 2-3 years. Called today to confirm the date when battery was placed. I was notified that they have no system in place to know when the watch was serviced. Not sure how to believe this information where everything is saved electronically. Might be correct information but creates doubts in mind about the business being trustworthy."
"Another great experience at JR Brothers. I had recently dropped my Tag and the band along with the clasp was giving me issues. Luckily, I remembered that I had used JR's services in the past. So I headed by there first thing in the morning and asked if they could assist. Not a problem at all. Not only did they make the repair but it happened all within a couple of hours.
