"I went today to get my redo of my piercing which was messed up by the old manager who did it. Today we went and the new manager, Dana was amazing. She was so understanding and friendly and overall did her job above and beyond. She made me so comfortable explaining the situation and made sure I liked the positioning of my piercing. I am definitely going to go back to get more piercings done by her."

"This place is crazy! So I got a nose piercing and in less than one week it comes out! So I go back to the store, they have the nerve to say oh the way your nose is our earrings post will make it easy to come out and then say they didn’t tell you this??? Hmmm no if they did I wouldn’t be standing here! Crazy.. Don’t get your piercings from here! Lesson learned!"
"While I love shopping here for earrings and I also get good customer service I can not recommend getting a piercing from here. The earrings that they pierce your ears with is to small and doesn’t allow room for normal swelling. It caused me a lot of pain and had to be removed and replaced immediately."
