"This establishment sold us an EGL certified diamond without being honest about the issues and unreliability of that diamond lab. They have been sued because they over rate their diamonds and the people at Plaza had no issues selling us this stone at a grossly overpriced rate. My husband since then has upgraded my ring but now we can’t sell this one because it’s EGL certified. We went back to plaza to see if they would buy it back since they sold it to us and they THEMSELVES won’t buy it because of that fact!! What does that say about integrity or lack there of?? Please be ware of the dishonesty of this place and RUN if they try to sell you an EGL stone!"

"We stopped in to find a watch for my wife. While looking, we both saw two unique diamond necklaces. We asked to see them, though we figured they were out of our price range. It turned out that they were priced fair and we were in awe about the quality. We could see that these were both hand made and intricate. We negotiated some and received an excellent deal. They changed the chain and adjusted it perfectly. While we are impressed with the necklace, the professionalism and friendliness are exceptional. We hope that they will become our "go to" jewler."

"UPDATE to this review. I did go back to speak with them. The owner (father) was helpful. I will note that I did not purchase the ring from them. They repaired my ring again, the stones remain intact. Horrible horrible! Do not come here for jewelry repair!!!! Came in to repair the lost stones of my ring. They told me it would be ready by 4:00. When I called at 5:30 I got transferred three times. Each person asked me the same thing. What am I calling for. I repeated myself multiple times that I was checking on my ring. Before the person who took my order finally called me back on another line to say it was ready. WORST part when I came in to pick up my ring I inspected it and the stone fell out while I was standing there. Guy said he fixed it. Came out again and I checked it over again. AGAIN the stone fell out! Horrible. One of the stones they replaced fell out again the very next day. Less than 24 hours later. So now I'm stuck, I paid good money for a repair and now I'm FM out my money and my ring is still missing a stone."
