"Thanks to ANITA this place is NOT GOOD, her attitude is just like the color of her hair brightly ugly. She was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. When I called to check about piercing the person that answer was nice but ANITA MADE SURE THIS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO VISIT."

"Horrible service. Just took my daughter to get her ears pierced. Pointed to the earring we wanted and the girl that worked there decided to pick another earring, write the price of it on the paper I signed. I was magically supposed to know that price was for the earring it belonged to since obviously I worked there and know the pricing (eye roll). Didn’t show me the earrings before piercing my daughter’s ear and before she pierced the second ear I tell her the earring is wrong as she continues to pierce her ear. She argues me that I signed the paper with that price so that’s what I picked. I took it to the counter for the ghetto register clerk to argue me as well. I could care less what the price was. The problem was she didn’t even care she picked something we didn’t pick and pierced my daughters ears! There was no sympathy for what happened at all. Attitude from both girls I dealt with. The register clerk wanted to continue arguing with me in front of other customers enticing me to comment back as she knew I was upset and trying to pay quickly to get the heck out of there while threatening me about her store being a trigger store. I’m guessing that means she can call the mall cop? Never going back to this trash location! I should have known better."

"I was there two weeks ago with my daughter. She knocked down a bottle and I put it back. I wanted to purchase a mask for her. She touched the items that were inside the store. The lady at the register said not to let her knock down anything. I was so upset. I put back the mask and left the store. I'm never going back there again. Worst experience ever!"
