"This store is horrible. The new teenage looking manager was unprofessional and argumentative. The advertised one hour photo is a joke. There was no one available to even print the photos. When I asked for management, I had to threaten to call corporate just to get the manager to come speak with me. Then she refused to give me her name and made a joke about me not getting my photos. I had other items to check out and that young cashier would not provide the manager's name either and then refused to check me out because I read her name tag. She then proceeded to curse me out, make an outside phone call to a non employee to complain about me being angry and then told me if I came back to the store they would call the police on me. I'm reporting this store asap."

"I came into Walgreens to add money onto my card. As soon as I walked in, I saw the two cashiers were talking. I stood there and waited on one of them to stop talking and assist me but they continued their conversation while I stood there and waited, occasionally glancing at them both. I don’t appreciate that at all and found it extremely rude… I was assisted after a minute or so but it’s common sense to do your job and finish up your conversation later if a customer arrives… this occurred on 2/3 at 5:48 pm.."

"I stopped here to use restroom before making purchase. Young man at counter was sitting watching something on his phone and when I asked for someone to unlock restroom, he told me it was closed to the public. I asked for manager, another young person, who echoed the same for theft reasons it was closed. I lefr and came back and asked her for DM and she stated she didn’t have a number for the DM. I’m a 57 year old man who don’t have time once it hits. And was met with THIS. I know that’s a lot of PI but realistically it’s life. Thus, I have no issues here stating the facts. JIC"

"I’ve tried to use this drive thru pharmacy 3 different times and each time it was closed . AND THEN I called the pharmacy and was on hold for an hour and 2 minutes WHEN THEY HUNG UP PHONE WITHOUT ANSWERING !! I called back and THEY DID THE SAME THING !!!!"

"I dropped my script off this morning in the drive thru at 9am and requested they have it done by 10:30. 11 was the best they could which meant I had to wait until the end of the day to pick up. When I arrived the drive thru was closed. The line inside was 6 people deep. So being sick, doubled over with stomach cramps, I had to wait in line. Walgreens MUST do better you are not adequately serving the community."
