"My bf and I went to purchase jewelry there and the staff (especially Kim) provided the best customer service ever!!! We were 100% satisfied and are truly very happy!!! Both Kim and her manager were so very helpful!!! Glad we chose this place to help us purchase our jewelry needs!!!"
"On June 29th 2023 I needed to downsize my fiancée's engagement and wedding rings. We decided on using Adorn, as we had purchased my wedding ring from the location earlier this year and had a decent experience. My fiancée and I found the appropriate ring size with help from one of the employees and showed her the two rings. We explained (in no uncertain terms) that both rings needed to be downsized to fit on her left ring finger. The employee quoted the resizing for both rings would be $60 and completed before 7pm the same day. I received a call at 5:45pm from the store informing that the rings were ready for pick up. Satisfaction and relief rushed over me in an awesome wave. I arrived to the store shortly after 6pm to pick up the rings. They appeared undamaged and the resizing seamless. The final price was $70; slightly more than quoted earlier albeit when considering taxes, labor, the expediency of the service, and the thought of my future wife being able to securely wear her rings without them slipping off into the abyss made the $10 price difference inconsequential. My fiancée tried them on shortly after I came home to discover that while the wedding band was resized, the engagement ring hadn't been touched. The wave of relief and satisfaction I felt under an hour ago receded to frustration and disappointment teetering on a groomzilla class of anger. When my fiancée called the store about the engagement ring, they swore to perform the already paid and half done service for "free". When asked about any type of refund for a job half done the employee on the line became argumentative and hostile. Word to the wise: -When they quote you a price, get it in writing. -When picking up after a resize, bring the person it's supposed to fit. -Don't leave here trusting a really simple job to be performed as agreed and paid for like I did. -Be sure the people assisting you here all grab a juice box and sit criss-cross applesauce in a semi-circle while you slowly read from a picture book to explain what you need done."
"My first experience was great back in March of 2023 when I got my fiances wedding band here so we decided to come here to get my engagement and my wedding band resized yesterday. The girl sized my finger and said I was a size 5. She quoted my fiance $60 for both rings. When my fiance went to pick up the rings, he was charged over $70 for the resizing and only my wedding band was adjusted(my engagement ring was still big). I called and asked them what our options were and the manager just swore up and down that they were fixed. He then got argumentative when I asked for a refund. Super disappointed because our first experience was great and our second experience was awful because they took our money for doing absolutely nothing."
"Overcharged me for a polishing and cleaning..then they "accidentally" removed one of my diamonds in the process..and "couldn't" find it in the cleaner. They then crudely installed what they said was a diamond back in but the settings was now all jagged and rough..looks and feels terrible now..I regret going here BIG TIME... but their competitor "SAADS" in the mall are just as bad. so I wouldn't recommend them either."
"If you are looking to buy engagement/wedding rings, I would highly recommend you go elsewhere. My engagement ring was constantly losing diamonds from different parts of the ring. This happen 8 times in a one year span. You can imagine the frustration and inconvenience this was bringing on myself and husband. We decided to swap in the rings for another set and pay the difference. This time Kevin informed us that my second set would not be lifetime warranty and that if any diamonds fell off, they would only repair my ring up to 3 times. Since having the new set, I have lost 2 diamonds on different occasions. The last time we took my ring back in March 15, 2020, Kevin told my husband to take down his google review he posted last year and then he would honor repairing the ring but if not he was wanting to charge him for replacing the diamond. Needless to say we did not agree and have taken our business elsewhere."
