"TLDR; Jalin Jewelers is honest, fair, and talented and they’ll have my business until they shut down. I’ve been coming to Jalin for a couple of years now and I won’t go anywhere else. I inherited a very precious family heirloom (my great great grandmother’s diamond ring). It had been appraised a year or two before I inherited it but I needed to get it reappraised and it was so important to me that someone HONEST appraise it so I could insure it. A year or so later I took in my engagement ring to be appraised. When I received the appraisal and had questions, Todd took the time to answer all of them and explain the why behind everything and also checked again to make sure everything was correct. I brought in some stones and gold I had to have Todd make my husband a new wedding band. It is GORGEOUS!!! We could not be happier with the customer service and products we’ve received.
