"I’ve been taking my Bentley here for grooming since I got him at 4 months. We love Cindy, she hears what I want & love her suggestions on what she thinks would look very cute on Bentley. I had Cindy for his first appointment but his second she was book so we went with another groomer which was a mistake I did not like that she shaved Bentley because she “thought it looked better” without even asking me & I made it very what number I wanted. I was beyond upset. After that I only go to Cindy! Here are some of Bentley photos from 4 months to now!"

"DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE TO BE GROOMED!!! We booked an appointment with Larissa. They clearly didn’t even TRY to brush her ears or tail out AT ALL because the rest of her body is soft and isn’t shaved down as much!! They also didn’t even care to contact us to let us know OR ASK if they could shave her tail! It was a beautiful feathered tail & now she has a RAT TAIL!! Every other groomer we have been to in the past (including a different PetSmart location!!!) has had NO problem brushing out her tail even if it was a “little matted”; which is what they told my husband when he dropped her off, “her tail is a little matted”. Her tail was beautiful before and now who knows if it will grow back the same! For $140 I would expect A LOT more effort than this!!"
