"Used to be an average reliable middle-of-the-road hotel. Facilities & service have taken a nose dive. I checked in recently on a Tuesday & checked out the following Sunday - not once was my room cleaned despite several calls to the front desk. Disgusting. And the overall cleanliness of the common spaces was bad. Housekeeping is beyond bad. Avoid this hotel. p.s. I am in the Hilton Honors program even!"

"No power. Had to go to someplace else. I get it... Can't foresee everything but what are the odds? Apparently not in my favor. Score is the best I can offer being I only saw the lobby after prying the doors open. Edit: Returned the next day power was restored. Nice facility. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean."

"I was impressed by my stay at this hotel. The well-appointed room featured modern amenities, and the comfortable bed and pillows ensured a restful sleep. The staff's professionalism and courtesy. The gym was spacious and clean, with modern equipment. The breakfast was okay and could have been better. The power went out during my stay, and we were relocated to another hotel. The relocation process was perfect. There's a problem with the digital keys that don't work during the power outage. Luckily, we had a physical key to open the door to get our belongings. The hotel we were reassigning could have been better"

"We have been staying at this hotel for years, and we have had great experiences every single time. The location is conveniently close to my grandparents and extended family. The rooms are clean and the hotel always smells fresh. My favorite part is the on the house breakfast! I usually stick to the make-your-own waffles. Love it here!"
