"I must say I was leary about staying here. Last night our room was horrible! No need to mention the details. The young lady at the desk did the best she could. I give 5 stars now due to Shaquita and Chris at the front desk going above and beyond to make things right."

"This hotel is absolutely disgusting handprints fingerprints room smells like an old folks home. windows are all scratched up and left open mold on the tub and brown stuff on the pillows. It is like a halfway house. Homeless people are here. Everything stinks like poop. Never again!! Stay somewhere else."

"The woman who did our check in was incredibly kind and very warm. The location of this hotel is perfect and right off the freeway. We were staying with family nearby and it was an ideal location. The hotel is very outdated and pretty shabby looking but didn't matter on this trip. The room was huge and well equipped with a fridge, microwave etc. Everything just needs a facelift. The room was relatively clean and the bathroom was very clean. Our room was completely silent and we never heard any noise from any neighbor. For the price I thought it was just fine."

"We were in town purchasing a new car, we didn’t have a reservation & just pulled in to inquire about availability for 1 night. They had a room & got it with no problem. Lia is awesome. She went above & beyond to take care of us. We’re retired military, she not only gave us a discount but also thanked us for our service. We needed something for the room & she offered to bring it to us, we didn’t want her to leave her post, but appreciate it all the same. Lia is kind & friendly, we wish there were more like her as we travel quite often. Our room was huge, living room, bedroom, kitchenette & of course bathroom. Everything was clean & stocked ready for use. This was our 1st time at an extended stay & we’ll definitely use them more in the future. The rest of the staff we encountered was very nice as well. In the morning they have HOT coffee & cocoa, little individual muffins & oatmeal. We’re very pleased with our stay & highly recommend this location."

"Big shoutout to the staff here, they made everyone feel welcome. They were very attentive and went the extra mile to make your day a little better. Best group I've had the pleasure staying with in a long time. The rooms were roomy, clean, and quiet. The only complaint was a toilet that didn't flush well, but otherwise, no drama. The location is also great, adjacent to another hotel and some office buildings (aka quiet). Close to forest preserves and Old Orchard Mall made staying here very comfy for a few weeks. Thanks!"
