"Customer service could be better. Won't price match their their own prices. 40lb bag out of stock so have to pay more per pound for the same food in a smaller bag. Other stores have not had an issues doing the same price adjustment."

"The trainer , Lauren Tracey, is wonderful and very knowledgeable. We have been training with her for 1.5+ years . We have passed all the classes and she is making more classes with new and old lessons. Our dog loves it and I keep him socialized and not just stuck with the family. The staff were very supportive and Traci was incredible with him, did an amazing job. She also went out of her way to pick out some good brushes and gave great advice!
