"Home Depot kids workshop is supposed to be a fun positive environment. The lady at check in on Saturday March 2 at 10am was rude and gave us a hard time for not signing up ahead of time. This is our 6th one and we’ve never been asked to sign up ahead of time before. We just signed up when we got there. She gave us a hard time about it. Later I overheard her complaining about other customers also. Home Depot needs to have people who are not irritable and hate their job work these things."
"I had the best experience starting with Dave in appliances. He was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I had an issue with my LB range that I purchased in November. I went in and spoke with Dave not only did he hear my concern but called me back two days later with some additional information! After still not getting anywhere with LG CS, I called Lashaun (sp?) the store manager and Stephanie (I am assuming the assit store manager). Both of them have been incredibly helpful. They have called back, they have called LG and helped me with the issue I was having. Without their help I don't think I would have gotten anywhere with LG. I will shop at this tore again simply because of these 3 people. Thank you Dave, Lashaun and Stephanie - you have been amazing. I cant wait for my new range to be delivered on 2/8"
"The store manager is unavailable, and the assistant manager is very unprofessional, unable to assist. They seem more focused on flirting with female associates than helping customers, struggling to explain or offer support. Zero stars, if an option, would accurately reflect the experience. "Placed a online order at 9am got the email that was ready for pick up at 11am. Got there at 6pm that day, they could not find the order, unable to reach anyone to help stood there for 30 minutes waiting, finally with no answers I asked for refund. Drive down the street to Menards ordered on line before I left, and was in and out of Menards in 5 minutes. The employees at Home Depot have no support and did not really care if I was taken care of"
