"Aurora's customer service at Target was abysmal. She displayed indifference, lacked basic courtesy, and seemed disinterested in assisting customers. Her attitude tarnished my Lego return experience, leaving a sour taste in my mouth. Target needs to reevaluate its customer service standards."

"Customer service is bad. Tried to make a simple return and ends up where both the initial service rep and their manager Ashley spoke to me like I did not know how to use the Target app and instead of trying to resolve the issue became defensive and very rude, and told me if I didn’t like the service to return item at the other Target stores. App / Tech issues will always arise and easy to fix BUT people to people service issues will ALWAYS leave a bad taste for a long time. @Target please train service to treat customers like people. "My experience here at this Target is really great. Their customer service was really accurate, professional and just great. They are very helpful as well and they would really assist me, very patient too since I would usually always ask for directions and stuff like that. They are also very knowledgeable about their work, professional and their stalls are great, well stocked and all. The place is also cool in itself, their designs is quite awesome and their items and products are really high quality. Some are pretty expensive Although I really think they are definitely worth it, but I can also say that most of them are affordable. The selections are clean and neat, also always fully stocked and organized. I also like their clothing aisle, the clothes have great textures and fiber, I also like how its affordable yet neat with very great designs. It’s a really quick and easy drive up shopping experience, I did not really wait that long on the line. Great store and great products, excellent! Thank you guys for the awesome service. "We went on this location of Target because the Target near our home is always crowded and we are having a hard time shopping plus the checkout has a long line and that is why we are surprised to see that this location is not crowded. There were lot of people inside but it was not too crowded than the other one near our place. The store is clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. All of the selections are well organized and fully stocked. We went to their department selection and we saw a lot of wonderful clothes at great deals. We literally take most of our time on that department choosing clothes. I got a lot of clothes that would be really a great gift for my relatives. I know it is not branded but the items have a good quality and it really does not matter if the gift is branded or not, what matters the most is the idea of giving."
