"Found customer service super rude while processing an online return. Never coming back to this location."
"Went in for a couple of items I had saw online, I was not greeted in the store but was asked if I would like a fitting room I politely declined. The associate weirdly asked me oh so you just know your size? I nodded and said yes I shop here often. She was very stand offish and gave me a very rude attitude and said well our clothes have changed and don't fit the same. I reassured her that I shop here almost every month for a new outfit or two. She scoffed and walked away. She was also the associate that rung me up at the register and was very very rude. I won't be returning to this location."
"Hey All, Customer Service is back! Well at the Loft in Streets of Woodfield that is! Lorna was authentic and kind ! She noticed Mom needed a chair and asked her if she wanted to sit down , and even brought her a bottle of water! We had great conversation and she assisted us while shopping in a welcoming way not being “ pushy”. Thank you Lorna for a great experience!"
"I stopped at this location at 4:35 on NYE to return a coat knowing they close at 5. I have never felt so unwelcome in a store in my life. I came across 3 associates - the first one didn’t even look at me. The 2nd one rudely asked “can I help you?” with a tone and I replied I’ll be quick I know you close soon. I found a coat I was interested in exchanging the return for but when I went to the register the 2nd lady ignored me while calling for someone else to help me. I said I wanted to exchange and she said it’s a different coat (ok?). The 3rd lady snappily asked for my receipt and conducted the return. She didn’t even acknowledge the other coat I had in my hand in which I had originally asked to exchange. After doing the return she handed me my receipt and walked away so I told her I would put the new coat back on the rack on my way out (I guess I was no longer getting it?) The whole vibe in this store is OFF and I was the only customer in here."
"Came in to return two items purchased online, one ended up being final sale so I kept it. I decided to shop in their store and asked for a bag to carry the item I didn’t return so I could shop easier. The cashier refused to give me a shopping bag so I left. Probably wasn’t worth it to save 5 cents on the shopping bag and lose the customer."
