"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I bought 2 items there and returned because of bad quality. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t got my money back. I went in store to find out why I haven’t got the money back and they told me to call their help center. I called and they told me to go back in store they cannot help me , they only help with items bought online. Such a non-sense. Because of that I will never ever buy anything from HM again. I still need my money back!"

"My wife ordered some clothes from temu website and it’s cheap stuff but I always buy clothes from H&M and it’s great stuff like this short in $35. I have h&m app so it added points for me every time when I do shopping. Quality stuff they are selling not very cheap or not very costly."

"We walked thru the second floor and I was amazed by the size of the store and selection of woman’s and childrens clothes. The store seemed to go on and on. Was disappointed that there was no mens section but low and behold we found the escalator to the first floor mens section. Again there seemed like an endless variety of well stocked items. I purchased 3 shirts that were very reasonably priced. I’ll be going back there again!"

"H&M needs to choose their workers carefully when hiring. There work some discriminating , disrespectful and unethical people at this Woodfield location. Today we encountered with the woman salesperson, who is the nightmare of every customer visiting this store. She is rude, disrespectful, untrained and doesn't know how to talk to people. We arrived just before the store was about to close and one man said they were being closed and we needed to head towards the checkout. And there comes this so called saleswoman and says , we need to leave and i needed to go out if i was done with my purchase. I kept quiet and waited for my friend. Again she asks me if i know my way out in a rude tone, when there were still customers waiting at the checkout making me respond to her in her own style. But still this woman comes and says to me her words. Then she starts pretending to be calling the police when i said i would be calling the police on her. She is totally a damage to h&m, causing customers to leave and not come back. If h&m's upper management has the access to the security camera footage they will definitely see how she is rude and unprofessional and starts confrontations with the customers. We video recorded her, but unfortunately we cant upload videos with the reviews here."
