"Dog Spa is excellent because they groom your dog in a mere hour to hour and a half at the most, which is all it should take. If you have a dog that needs a quick groom and may stress out if kept in the salon longer, this is a good place for you. I have a 15 year old dog and they take very good care of him. They are kind, caring, and reliable. The shop is clean and well-kept. The owner has a strict no show policy and that’s understandable."

"Asked for a down payment of $35 for scheduling an appointment. My dog became extremely ill and I had to take him to the ER. I called and explained to Dog Spa that we couldn’t make the appointment. I later found a charge of $35 on my account so I called up asking to reschedule my dog’s appointment since I put down a deposit. They are saying that deposit is gone and I need another one now. Terrible business practice. Obviously doesn’t care about people or animals."

"Nice people, were able to get me in semi quickly. I asked for all one length on my cocker's cut. He has long patches, Missed spots, uneven cut pretty much all over. I was assured from a friend that recommend them this is not the norm. Just seemed to me they rushed through it."
