"Prices are a bit expensive which I don't mind because it is helping local farmers. But they could be a little more friendly - one particular associate was not friendly, not welcoming, not conversive - in fact I felt like I was bothering him and he wanted to be any place but there. Felt like leaving but wanted to patronize them. Sorry - won't be back."
"Wow!!! $13 to fill up a 20 pound propane tank. They haven't raised their price for propane/gas in over a year! What an amazing place. Everyone who works here is super helpful. And when you are done shopping, you can grab food or drinks in Old Town St Peters!"
"I have to admit I am not that good at picking out plants. Fortunately for me, Jacob the store manager helped me with the plants. Jacob went through the vegetable plants, and gave me a few tips. I was surprised how nice the plants were this late in spring. Jacob, was a really nice guy, down to earth friendly. A guy you could ask questions and not be embarrassed by your lack of knowledge. Jacob also showed me their dog food, and then I asked him if they sold bird supplies. Yes they did. Wow. It was so nice to go into a home town store, and talk to such a nice guy, like Jacob, and ask questions, honestly, I asked some really dumb questions. Thankfully, Jacob treated me with respect, and made me feel important. I felt like I was talking to one of my best friends, and getting really good advise. I was very happy with my purchases and enjoyed the experience."
"Been a customer for many years and is the only place I will have deliver propane. The people there are awesome. When I occasionally forget to check the level and wake up to a cold shower and no heat they have delivered the fuel fast. Even helped fix a leak. Will never go anywhere else."
"RV propane refill station is easy to pull up along side of. However...somehow my 30 gallon tank took 33.4 gallons (by their meter) when I only needed 27. Cold LP fill or not, that's off. At $2.50 gallon bulk (twice as much as other co-ops), its too bad. It's a nice store but I cant do business here again out of principle."
