"Our cashier yesterday was welcoming everyone that walked in the door along with checking out customers and she had a friendly attitude through it all even though the store was packed and customers were a little grumpy. I didn't get her name, but she was on the register closest to the door around 10am on 12/16."

"Lazy! We attempted to order online because they stated they had the item online. I decided to personally drive up there because I was in the area. Couldn't find my item on the shelf so I asked the worker if they had any. They told me they had them in the back and knew exactly where they were, but refused to go get the item. They mentioned that they were going to cancel the online order also because the item was not on the shelf. It was in the back of the store and they refused to go get it. Most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard."
