Walmart Supercenter

"You guys were extremely racist to my friend. She was kind to everyone but got racially profiled several times during her experience in the store. One employee in particular at this location would not give her the correct price for an item! My friend, a paying customer was met with lies and attitude. The employee lied about the price and was very defensive about being correct. I thought the customer was always right? I guess not when the customer is black. Even if my friend was rude she shouldn’t have been treated that way! When my friend was waiting in line to pay for her items, she was ignored by employees until a white lady took a spot in line behind her. To me, this shows that you guys don’t care about the needs of your black customers. As well as this, my friend also was racially profiled upon leaving the store. An employee insisted on checking her receipt, yet other customers were allowed to leave hassle free! I can say i don’t experience the same things in walmart stores and i know why! You guys need to start training your staff better and hire kinder people."

"Walmart is a hit or miss. Being my daughter's favorite store, we visit frequently. The pharmacy always great. Never had an issue with them. They are so nice and have never missed anything. The employees on the floor refuse to say anything or help. Or if you try to ask for help they are hateful. They vocally complain about how much they hate their jobs. Then why are you there?"

"Most of the time I come in I never find everything that I need, they're always sold out, or they move stuff around (which is too many times) , and I used to buy gift cards to help prevent me from overspending, but they said they won't carry visa and other certain gift cards anymore because people keep stealing them. Like they can't just move them to customer service or lock them up like they do everything else that gets stolen too much?! I will give 2 because the staff is always very nice which is the reason I still come. I'm just not able to purchase as much due to the said issues"

"This personal shopping is getting way out of hand, it is more the focus than stocking shelves and customer care. As I enter the store, one of them just starting wasn't going to stop until she crossed my path. They have so many people doing personal shopping that they block aisles and don't seem to care. Ask one of them for help... you'll get it, but with obvious disdain. They should also remove the cardboard containers as they ship. Schnucks is going to start getting more business."

"Worst Walmart experience. Went to get battery changed on my car. These amateurs installed a used battery on the way home it died. Went back they put the wrong battery in again. Here we are stuck on the side of the road"
