"I am a beginner (white belt) and I've been going for about a month now. My 2 kids (9 and 7) also go 2 to 3 times a week. For all 3 of us its about the price of eating out each time we go and its way better for you than that! The teachers/coaches are very kind and encouraging. Everyone is VERY friendly and welcoming. The place is very professional and welcoming to newcomers, while also offering advanced training for those with experience. I would absolutely recommend this place for kids. My kids are already benefiting quite a bit; learning discipline, fitness, respect, and self defense.
