"This school has traumatically traumatized my children. Everyday they come home there’s something new about the kids bullying them and picking on them. And how the rules aren’t fair and is just not necessary. I DO NOT recommend would never come back again!"

"Hello, My name is Kaeden! I go to CMS-Collinsville Middle School. This is my first year here and I am loving but there are some problems tho so beware. #1, Kids that go to CMS are required to have a ID on their neck and present while entering with your Chromebook out so you can go through the metal detector. #2 If your child don’t have a ID go to the office and tell one of the receptionist and they will give your child a ID but you must tell them you never got one if your child missed picture day, if your child lies and the office finds out they might get in trouble but if your child has 5$ they are set to get a replacement if something happens to their ID. #3 If you forget your ID at home then you will have to write ur name down on a piece of paper and you will receive a cold lunch (you don’t need to worry because they don’t start it until a few weeks in. #4 CMS does not verbally abuse any students and if the student is being verbally abused by a teacher let the principal or office know. We are always here to help if something goes wrong! #5 Just a warning if your child misbehaves some of the teachers might get mad but don’t blame the teachers the student’s actions is what’s making the teacher mad. #6 The tardy policy is explained a few days in the school year if you get enough tardies your child will be sent to STOP but don’t worry though because it takes quite awhile to get the amount of tardies to get to STOP though unless your child is late for all of their classes then u might want to work something out with them. "I would never recommend this school. They verbally and mentally abuse kids. If your child ever loses they school I.D they will not be able to eat lunch. My son was not allowed to use the bathroom if he didn’t use it before school. After attending this school I had to find my son counseling for his mental because of the verbal abuse that he received from this staff and he never wanted to attend school. Before putting your child in this school please check the reviews and if someone warns you believe it because I wish I would have and now it’s to late to take back our experience."

"My son had a good experience here, especially with the band. Mr. A is absolutely great with the kids! All of his other classes were good too. Good school overall, as with everything, it is what you make it!"
