"I run on the Kahok track daily. It is a nice track and it has eight lanes. The track gives so it is better than running on concrete. It is maintained okay but not great. Nice place to do your cardio."

"This school has great education, most teachers are good at their job & make sure students get the help they need. Most teachers will reason with you as long as you do your work, some even make the learning experience fun. Eventhough some students there pick fights, are disrespect to other students, & act inappropriately, many staff try to prevent thoes behaviors from happening."

"This school has both upsides and downsides. The teacher staff is deserves a lot of praise. For starters, each department has teachers that care how each student performs. Most teachers make sure that each day runs in a smooth manner. Sadly, there are a few rotten eggs that spoil the learning environment, but I like to think the intent to be a good educator lives within them. The school offers a variety of clubs that allows for each student to make new friends that have similar interests. In terms of lunch, the food served at this high school is edible as long as you stay away from certain foods. The chicken and grilled cheese sandwiches are fully cooked, while other day-specific dishes have a certain undercooked look to them. Stay cautious of what you choose to eat. School pride lives deep within the school. Each Friday, the majority of students and teachers wear school colors in support of the football team. Even though the team has only one winning season since 1999, the school still rallys around a team that may not be all that great. Overall, I would say that Collinsville High School is a fine educational institute that I would recommend to any parent who wants to enroll his or her child into a good school."
