"Horrible place. When i was in the first grade i came here. There “bathrooms” they provide is a room with a toliet. Every child goes in there and WATCHES you. There is no stall, and no privacy. They are very rude to the children and do not treat them with respect. Everyday i went there i would always get yelled at. This caused me to have MAJOR anxiety, and have not been the same. I DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL! do not let your children go through this! I am now 15, and still recovering from the trauma they have caused me to have. My friends also went here, and dealt with the same things. Reach out to your kids!"
"I went here in 1st grade, I was taught nothing but how to color, watch movies, and play on the playground. This daycare also had a bathroom with no stalls, which caused kids to have no privacy, and provided no security. The other kids that have gone here with me have also agree that the teaching could’ve been nicer. I’m in high-school now, and I know better. Please get better staff, who don’t yell/grab at kids violently, that causes some mental issues."
"Teachers grab students and scream to protect themselves. Trash in the whole building. Day cares are hard enough to trust but after witnessing the teachers physically assault a child it’s plain to see these losers here need a lesson which will be taught. Stay away from here unless you want other lousy humans hitting your kids"
"My kids just started going a couple months ago and I don’t have a bad thing to say! My son never wanted to go to his other day care and cried when he had to go. When I now tell him he’s going to daycare he excited and never wants to go home! His teachers are amazing and so caring when it comes to personal matters with him. My youngest is in the baby room and I am so satisfied with the care he is getting. If you are looking for care for your child(ten) I highly recommend LilyPad! They are literally a second family now!"
"The Director (Glenda) is disrespectful and doesn’t know how to talk to people. When she’s frustrated or don’t know the answer to a question she gets really Snotty. I was told by the main director Amanda that they are working on Glenda’s performance and they are aware of how she gets when flustered. Glenda’s tone is unprofessional. She’s very unprofessional, not sure why she works the front desk. They attempted to get extra money out of me by trying to tell me I missed a payment but when I asked when I missed a payment I was given 3 different dates they couldn’t provide an accurate date for this missed payment. I guess they don’t like being questioned about their mistakes. This facility also violated my rights by displaying my personal information for everyone to see (such as my full home address, my full name, my phone number, and child’s name). The owner refused to speak to me. After being disrespected twice by their employee, I retaliated by speaking up for myself. I was than told the employee will attend “training” for her irrational behavior and my child can no longer attend. The owner refused to meet with my regarding the issues her employee caused. The main director also told me my child’s personal belongings will be set outside all day for me to pick up. My child’s personal belongings was never provided but a bag with my child’s name on it was put outside with none of her belongings that I provided the day care with. The bag contained a couple of coloring pages."
