"I've had only good experiences here. The medical staff is very nice. The wait is short. It's very clean. They've also helped me each time! I was there the other day and they now have a slushie machine in the waiting area! I feel the cost is appropriate as well. I've gone to anderson urgent care and they double charge me. WellNow doesn't double charge me and if I have a bill it's reasonable rather than $1000 (like Anderson)."

"Absolutely outstanding treatment!!! NP Michelle Sampson provided thorough and complete treatment. I had a cardiac implant (The Watchman) procedure on 26 Dec. I woke up dizzy on 28 Dec and had bouts of dizziness throughout the day, including a few feelings of nausea. I woke up dizzy, pain in the ear area, and soon developed a headache. NP Sampson found fluid behind both ears and redness in the right ear; an ear infection. She further checked neurological responses ensuring I had not experienced a stroke. It was a big relief to know my issues were not associated with the implant procedure. It is refreshing to have someone like NP Sampson as a provider; professional, personable, thorough, and makes the patient feel at ease. Check-in was easy. The attendant was polite and professional. Process completed very quickly. Vitals check-in was quick and professional. I was screened and taken to an exam room very quickly. Very professional individual."

"Very pleased with the way I was treated by the entire staff. Dr. Susan Leanne did a tremendous job taking care of me and my wife. She truly does care about her patients. Dr. Leanne ensured that we understood what our illness was and clarified how we probably contracted it. She has a great sense of humor and shows her genuine concern for her patients. She should be recognized for her performance daily with her patients. She is truly the example to emulate. "When we arrived the woman at the front desk was warm and helpful. We were brought to triage quickly and the nurses were kind and efficient in taking care of us. We saw Michelle Sampson for our overall care and she was AMAZING!! We both felt very comfortable with her, she was thorough in her examination and asked questions and listened intently. She prescribed us each meds and we were on our way, we were there maybe 45 minutes total. We would definitely go back if we have the need and would be happy to refer any family and friends as well."
