"My doc is here and his secretary/window lady,I would say her name but I won't for her privacy,is the nicest personable lady I have ever met. "Dr Tony Chien is an excellent bone dr/surgeon. I highly recomend him. He actually listens to his patients & corrects injuries with as minimal pain as possible. He's not a "pill pusher" or one of those drs that "push for you to get injections or for you to let him to cut on you" (surgery). If he feels there's a need for shots, injections or surgery he will explain in detail as to of what the procedure consists of so that you don't have any questions or concerns about what's going to happen. He is very patient & shows concern for every patient he has. It you have a spinal injury, shoulder injury, knee injury or anything of that nature make an appointment with his secretary to see him. As long as your complaint about pains or an injury is legit I guarantee you won't be disappointed. If your only interested in just getting pain pills don't take up his time for patients who truly are in need of his services. He's practiced for many years so he can read people very well. In conclusion, excellent dr/surgeon, highly recommend."
"I absolutely love the Ear Nose and Throat team! They are very thorough and not only do my kids love them but I do too! Only thing I would change about the facility is the restroom. It's a mens/women's restroom and that would be ok if I and my children didn't see a man peeing while we were trying to leave. Not ok with that."
