"The office is located on the third floor of a very clean and well kept building right off of Royal blvd. Small but efficient office. Had some problems with the office staff trying to collect a copay from me even with written confirmation from workers compensation insurance approving the physical. Left the office to visit my attorney. He told me that there is no insurance company in the state of Illinois that pays in advance. Drive back to the office, explained that we have been trying to call along with the insurance adjuster and had been unable to get through or leave a message on the full mailbox the call kept getting redirected to. They have finally agreed to see me and making me wait an additional 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment. All in all, I guess it could have been worse. Chairs are comfortable. Friendly staff."
