"This place is such disgrace to the healthcare system! It’s so unprofessional from the Nurse Practitioners to the front desk administration. They are ruthless and without any sympathy to their patients. My sister recently went in for a check up and lab work. A week passed by without anyone calling about her lab work results until my sister reached out to see what was going with her results. She was told pick them up at the front desk, which she did but the front desk personnel was just so rude and unprofessional going about her lab results. She asked if she can get them translated and no one was willing to help her, not even her NP, as if she knew the medical terminology to the results! She went into her car and try her to best to read them and even used google to translate some words, just to find out she has CANCER! Imagine what she was going through with no guidance of any health professional from this clinic, not knowing what to do or anything about it. Her NP was so unprofessional about not even discussing her lab results with her in such a sensitive topic and letting her know her options or going about her results! What kind of healthcare profession is this?? I wouldn’t even trust this clinic with even a minor incident on my self or honestly anyone! Never going to step foot into this clinic! In only gave it one star in order to let me write a review but this clinic deserves no stars whatsoever!"

"My appointment was at 545, there was only 2 people in the waiting room. They took me back to a room right away told me my strep test results would take about 5 minutes. I've been sitting here for over 45 minutes just waiting. Someone just opened the door to the room I'm in and said "oops didn't know someone was in here and laughed as she closed the door". This place is so unprofessional."

"This place used to be great but my old Dr. left so I was asked that last month about confirming my appointment multiple times and then I take off work today to go to my appointment at 11:15 am which is an hour away from my house to find out when I get there the Doc suddenly was sick this morning and nobody called me or left a message. So I then ask since my medication is low refill it until I can see her next which would be end of October and the lady says I have to see her in Aurora which is twice as far. Not only are they inconsiderate but are incompetent and lazy."

"Absolutely horrible service. Overworked dismissive doctors that have a hard time handling simple issues and never answer the phone. My prescription was delayed by a month and a half simply because they cannot handle their own affairs correctly. I was seen for a simple issue and CERTAINLY would not trust them with a serious one."

"Drs are never on time for an appointment, always at least 30 minutes or more late. The medical staff takes at least a week to call you back."
