"The staff is genuine and friendly. Carolyn is I've of the nicest hygienists that I've ever had for a teeth cleaning. She was gentle, kind, and thorough. The dentist is the same. My daughter, who is 6, also had a great experience and loves going to the dentist."

"I tried Clearcorrect alignment at this location because the doctor recommended it to me. He said that I should fix my bite because it would cause my teeth to wear down in the future. My teeth were straight, and I was always proud of my smile. But I was afraid of my teeth wearing out in the future, so I agreed -worst mistake of my life. I don't know if they took the impressions wrong or what exactly they did wrong, but my bite was not fixed. The last couple of aligners would not fit, but the doctor kept insiting to give it time, which I did. After proving to the doctor that they were not fitting, they took new impressions again, and got for me new aligners. The way they took these new impressions was a horrible and unpleasant experience. The lady who took them was very unprofessional. When I got the new aligners, they did fit, but I started noticing my teeth shifting in a way that I did not like. Towards the end of me wearing the aligners, I found out through my coworker, not the doctor, that I have to wear retainers for the rest of my life. The doctor did not explain that to me. Also, the doctor put some material on my teeth that is supposed to hold the retainers, but when he was supposed to remove it all, he left some leftover. The worse part is that I'm no longer proud of my smile :( My teeth looked so much better before. This procedure was thousands of dollars. I'm still paying it. I'm going to a different dentist now.But I'm saving money to get my teeth fixed."
