"Went to deposit money into my account at this location (second chance because I had a $0 balance and they closed my initial account) and the manager was very rude. He interrogated me about why my account was second chance, belittling me about my expenses. I don’t know why he needed to question me because I was only there to make a deposit. He was extremely rude and I haven’t been back to that location since. After reading through the many one star reviews mention rude management, I wonder why he is still there."

"My favorite banking experience ever. Leila and everyone else at this location have always provided me with such warmth and amazing customer service. I don't know what I would have done without them. I highly recommend. Shoutout to Dinah from the Clayton location too. She's simply incredible! Keep up the great work guys!"
