"Subject: Unpleasant Experience with Dr. Buckner The last appointment with Dr. Buckner was per usual far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make informed decisions about their healthcare providers. From the moment I entered the clinic I could feel the vibe that some of the staff at the front desk were notably rude. The receptionist I initially spoke to was polite, but the atmosphere changed as soon as the other women at the desk chimed in. Next, I met with Dr. Buckner she appeared to fine and got straight to why I was there for the appointment. I didn’t feel rushed, however I did feel unheard and disrespected when I went against what she felt I should do. I specifically said that I didn’t want an optional vaccination and she kept pushing saying I needed it, and I should get it. Again, I told her that I would take a pass. What bothered me most was the lack of respect for my concerns. Although I am a young adult I should be treated accordingly and respected at any age. I should not be ignored or dismissed when I am doing the best I can to advocate for myself. Instead of professionalism, Dr. Buckner met me without providing adequate care. I will also mention how she was pressing me with one of her questions and it was very uncomfortable. It was almost as if she wanted me to change my answer to appease her opinion and view of me. Once the nurse came in the room much to my surprise, she had one of the vaccines I specifically REFUSED. I felt belittled and unheard throughout the entire appointment and told myself never again. It's disheartening to encounter a healthcare professional who does not prioritize effective communication and respect for their patients. I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for those considering Dr. Buckner as their healthcare provider. Everyone deserves a doctor who values their concerns and treats them with the dignity and respect they deserve. Unfortunately, Dr. Buckner did not meet these basic expectations for ME personally during MY visit. I do not speak for all her patients but for MYSELF."

"Just started seeing this pediatrician. She was thorough and took her time with us and the nurse was wonderful as well. The ladies at the front desk are really kind and efficient too. I missed my appointment and jasmine was super nice about it and rescheduled us quickly."
