"Some of the reviews made me nervous about bringing my newborn here, especially the ones that say he isn’t great with kids. Before making him my pediatrician I asked a few of the nurses/ doctors at my OBs office and they had nothing but great things to say about him. Toussaint has been great with my son and always answers all our questions. The waiting times can be a little long, but I can’t blame a doctor for that, it’s not their fault if other patients arrive late or have a lot of questions. I’ve honestly never been to a doctor who didn’t occasionally have long wait times."

"Literally here waiting in the room and it has already been 36 mins pass my time son is naked waiting for this slow sloth to finish with his other patients. At least send someone in to say there’s a delay"

"Absolutely horrible service to potential patient. I scheduled an appointment for my son more than a month in advance. His office didn't bother to tell me that he was not taking new patients until two days before the appointment. As most people know, it is difficult to get an appointment for a well visit even with your own doctor. we moved wanted to find a closer doctor. If you potential new patients like this then how is the service. A complete lack of respect and courteous."

"My son has been a patient of Dr. Toussaint's for 20 years and we love him! He is clinically one of the best and he LISTENS to not only the parent but the child as well. My son had a complex medical history and never 'followed the rules' but Dr. Toussaint always guided us in the right direction and he is now a healthy and happy young adult. His office manager, Lizette, is amazing as well. You can't go wrong with this practice."
