"I don’t know how he has 5 stars reviews. It must be he’s own people coz in my 4-5 visits with him he has never try to interact with my son or even ask his name. Not even smile and great us. Last time I was there twice in 3 day for my son being sick. He had sever fever and draining his ear and that was the main concern and he just didn’t do anything. I had to take my son to urgent care and they said he has ear infection, she prescribe antibiotic and thank god he’s fine now but what was he doing? He’s also little rude. How he will hold my son when he wanna check his ears and my son just cries is so painful to watch as mother. I will never I go there and definitely do not recommend. Not to mention he takes 45-1 hr a patient so you just wait all time if you’re there in emergency. He doesn’t have any nurses or other doctors to help."

"Dr O'Neal is amazing. Both of my children go here and I wouldn't have it any other way. I just gave birth a couple of weeks ago and he was at the hospital within 24 hrs giving her a thorough first check up. It is very hard to find a Dr that you can actually trust their opinions but Dr O'Neal rocks. Furthermore, the front desk staff are the sweetest ladies in the world and they have availability quickly if you are in need of an appointment. Thanks you guys."
