"My rating would be 0/5, however, that is not an option. I was a surprised when I arrived to the office, as it is not a traditional office and is in a basement, which is a little unsettling. The basement “office” is rather creepy, the room was full of random furniture, and it was overall an uncomfortable experience. The website is a stark contrast the to the experience I had. The website makes it seem like it is a very professional office, however, that was not my experience. Unfortunately, I will not be returning for further sessions. I felt as though I was in the film, The Lovely Bones."
