"The experience here has been nothing but AWESOME!!! Annie Zubek is such a credit to your organization. I would recommend her highly to anyone in need!!! Keep it up…well, this will be a turn around from my previous comments. While the provider Annie Zubek was a great help to jr, the company, Lifestance is a poor company , at best!!! I had a emergency where my 84 yr old Mom fell and I was thought that she had broken her hip. Of course, she needed to see the Doctor. . I called to cancel my appointment 24 hours ahead of time and the representative said they would cancel. Well low and behold, they charged me for a missed visit! And, took the money out of my account with zero notification. I calked to explain several Tim’s, but was put on hold for long waits at a time( minimum 20 minutes, some much longer). When I did finally get to speak to a representative, she seemed clueless as to what to do to help me fix this issue. While she did offer to call me back with an explanation or a supervisor, I never did receive that call. I have been trying to talk to someone for days and am just kept on hold for long time Druid’s f time. I even did the “ keep your place in line process several times and have not received a call back. FRUSTRATED and will never recommend or use this company ever again!!!"
"I am leaving this on behalf of my wife. From what I can gather the psychiatrist was great, but the billing team is the issue. They charged us $400 when we had insurance and refused to refund us. It has been 4 months of back and forth with insurance and this company and we still don't have our money. When asked to speak with a manager we are told it can take 5 to 7 days for a manager to respond. Also, we still have not been given an estimated time for our refund. I do not think we will continue to use these services, and would not recomend if you are not prepared to deal with the extra stress."
"I have been waiting 3 months to get refunded for an appointment that was reprocessed through my insurance and paid in full by them. I have talked to numerous people and each time I am told something different. Latest is that I need to wait for a response from a department that had to be messaged by the rep I spoke to. They will not connect me to a supervisor or the appropriate department. All they can do is message the appropriate departments. My psychiatrist is wonderful but honestly not worth the stress billing has caused me. I have been waiting MONTHS for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous."
"Unbelievably Terrible Customer Service. I set an appt for medication management and was advised during my first meeting that I'd need to complete an evaluation which would require one more appt and it could be telehealth. When I connected with the scheduler, I was told it would require 2-3 more appts. I asked why the wrong expectations were set and was told a message was being sent to the provider on 8/22. I called the next day and was told an URGENT message would be sent to the provider on 8/23. I had no contact on 8/29 so I called again and asked for a supervisor. I was told they could not provide that info and would send another message internally. The same day, I sent a message through their portal detailing all of my concerns. It has now been 2 weeks with 4 messages sent and I have absolutely no communication. Dealing with this company has been a complete and utter waste of my time. It's petrifying to think they treat people like this that are seeking mental health services. FOLLOW-UP: After receiving a response to the review from the company, I sent an email to the email address provided on 9/7. I stated I had already found another doctor but wanted to ensure nobody else had a terrible experience like mine. A week later I still have received no response to my email or any of the previous communications (urgent messages to the provider by staff I called and a message through the portal). Don’t let the company reply to this review give the illusion that this was addressed or remedied in any way. Anybody who needs timely responses to their mental health struggles should AVOID this company at all costs."
