First time, service was not 100% but felt it was a new or getting reorganized company. Glad we gave them a second chance and will continue to do so, as well as, recommending Chase to others."

"I contacted them and scheduled a ride for this morning. No one got back to me, even after following up. I realized I likely got scammed and told them I expect a full refund. I am still waiting on both a response and another driver from a different service. Don't waste your time or money you won't get where you need to go. Could have missed my flight."

"DO NOT SCHEDULE A PICK UP NOR A DROP OFF. They are unreliable. I knew I should have listen to my gut but I wanted to give them a try and a benefit of the doubt. It’s a waste of 20 dollars for a 5 minute drive. I called and text half an hour before my pick up to make sure they were coming NO RESPONSE. I text them at 7:15 am the time they suppose be picking me up to see where they were and I even call them 20 times. They just want good reviews on their site to lure people in. Thanks to them I’m late to work. Update: he did refunded back the funds but that doesn’t take away that this company is reliable. I was late to work because of them. Updated: The owner chase just message me saying I been reported for a negative review and I responded to him about honesty and integrity and he wouldn’t have a negative review or wasted my 20 dollars. He send a moneybag which in terms all he does is care about money rather than the customer. Yeah do better and never again"
