Reviews
"Burlington Trailway buses and stations are much cleaner and better service than Flix/Greyhound."
"I always feel super cramped on the bus. No kind of leg room. If I could give this company a 0 star I would. The picture is an example of the amount of space between seats."
"Vehicle 68205 on 4/21/2023 at about 3:00pm driving erratic on hwy 61. Several moving violations taking place. Must have been high or drunk. No answer when calling location. Update: When I was able to safely call again, I was greeted by a man, who promptly told me I had to call someone else to "complain". So apparently safety is not a priority with this company. I was surprised he was so agitated and dismissive of such an egregious safety issue. I tried the number provided and was not answered. Decided to call the police, and would you know by the time they investigated the driver had managed to leave the bus at the depot and leave. Funny that rude man who answered didn't know where an employee lived to help the police out. So I am sure this place is hiding dirty drivers."
"Some of the bad reviews were on point. Burlington Trailways have terrible customer service. I placed a call to ask a few questions. I explained to lady I spoke with that this was the first time that my family would be using their services and I also that we are new to the town. Her response throughout the conversation were rude. My questions may have been simple, but valid ones for someone new to the area. She eventually answered some of my questions but instead of asking “Is there anything else that I could assist you with?” She was the one that decided that it was all I need because she replied “that is it” with a tone of annoyance in her voice. That pretty much told me that 1)She did not want to be working on a Sunday morning 2)There’s a lack of proper training 3) she was done with assisting me. This leaves me with great concerns. I’m not sure what will be encountered upon arrival. I read some reviews and I am sad to say that some were right on the money as far as the customer service is concerned. I am wondering if al of their employees are the same way. By the way, I rated two stars only because she clarified one of my questions. I had more questions to ask but she was done with doing her job."
"A bit of a disappointing encounter with the clerk that answered the telephone when I called to order a ticket for a friend. The clerk was confused about what I was attempting to do. At time the clerk’s confusion resulted in a negative attitude and rude tone during our conversation. Bin the end I decided to end the call and purchase the ticket via the company’s web site."
